It’s no longer just about wearing red; it’s no longer just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together and take charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend the 5th Annual Her Heart Luncheon, a fun, educational and inspiriting event that could have a lasting and positive influence on your heart health as well as the health of the women around you.
The Her Heart Luncheon is an educational forum that takes a critical step toward raising women’s awareness that heart disease is their number one cause of death.
We will arm you with the facts about heart disease, dispel myths, educate you about symptoms, offer tips to cope with heart disease and provide the latest news and research to beat and treat heart related illnesses. Our Wellness fair will be available before the luncheon and speaker to give you a glimpse of what you could be doing to prevent heart disease and give you a chance to learn some of your health stats that contribute to heart health.
In addition to our Wellness Fair and Keynote Speaker, we have a truly exciting event planned for you including a heart healthy lunch, three women who will continue on our Speaker Series for February “Real Women, Real Stories” …stories from the heart! Our Chapter photographer will be on site with her heartfelt photo booth, a personality bag silent auction, and our black & white photo gallery of survivors.
