Androscoggin Speaker Series Luncheon
As a woman in business, you are aware of the importance of networking with colleagues, community members, business owners, and prospective coaches and mentors as an essential component to your personal growth and the growth of your business. Networking is more than just getting out and meeting people. It involves maintaining connection with new contacts and building relationships.
Networking can take place in a casual setting such as a cup of coffee in a cafe, or at a day-long presentation in a large conference center with many attendees. Despite the location, your approach to networking will determine the value you achieve in creation of new relationships. Some relationships may develop quickly, within days. Others may develop over months or years. It is essential to approach new relationships with an open mind (and heart!), as it develops throughout your life journey.
Whether you're a networking professional or struggle with the thought of meeting new people, the best way to succeed is to create a plan, learn new networking skills, and execute your plan.
Attend the Maine Women's Network Androscoggin Chapter 2018 February Speaker Series Luncheon and learn three basic guidelines for creating an effective, supportive, nurturing network, and design a network plan for 2018.
