Lorie Hoyt Nguyen is the new business owner of Center Pilates, Inc. located in Rockland’s Lincoln Street Center. As someone passionate about movement, involved in athletics her entire life, and mother of two young boys, Lorie tries to find time in her busy schedule and teaches with the intent to exercise for function, to feel good and be healthy. With over 8 years teaching Pilates to groups and individuals she helps men and women of all shapes and sizes feel better, gain strength and learn more about connecting their minds and bodies thorough Pilates. Lorie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Edward's University in Austin, an M.Ed. from New England College in Henniker, NH, and has worked as a social worker, elementary school teacher and currently coaches her boys’ 5/6 grade basketball team.

Corey Belcher is a full time mom, wife and Branch Manager at Bangor Savings Bank. In her spare time she loves to read, hike, run and watch cooking shows on TV. Having two small children and a full time job, prompted her to find ways to make life run smoother.  She usually spends the better part of her Sundays preparing meals for the week which in turn make the week day evenings more manageable and calm.  She is excited to share her tips for meal prepping.

Lindsay Crawford's journey into Mindfulness began in Thailand where she joined a non-profit called, fittingly, The Mindfulness Project. There she taught international volunteers how to live in community, yoga and meditation, the principles of Buddhism, and how to live a life in the present moment with awareness. Participating in many silent meditation retreats, living in monasteries, and eventually journeying to India to study Yoga in an Ashram setting, Lindsay gained first-hand experience in what it means to live Mindfully. Upon returning to the USA, she attained her 200 RYT Yoga teaching certificate and now teaches yoga and manages the Dancing Elephant studio in Rockland, as well as the Rockland Shambhala Buddhist program.
