Sue Matson, the presenter, is a certified Master Coach affiliated with the Marshall Goldsmith Group and works with senior executives, teams, and high-potential emerging leaders across many industries and functional areas.
Her coaching experience includes such areas as Executive leadership development and presence, coaching female Senior Leaders, coaching in a context of strategic or organizational change, and coaching teams for greater effectiveness and alignment.
Sue began her career at Leo Burnett Advertising, rising to VP/Account Director, responsible for directing agency operations and client relationships for several large clients. She then co-founded and led a strategy consulting firm before moving on to her current role as Executive Coach.
She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. Sue has lived in Maine for five years. She currently resides in Bath with her husband, Brad, an executive at L.L. Bean.!
