So much is demanded of us these days! Workdays seem to grow longer, it's easy to feel pulled in many directions, and there aren't enough hours in the day. Unfortunately, working harder and longer isn't the answer. It often leads to more exhaustion, more disengagement, and more illness.

The good news is that it's possible to renew your energy by engaging in and supporting simple rituals that help increase your physical, emotional, and mental resilience. Learn these simple, no-cost energy-reset practices that will rejuvenate your personal energy and improve your business and its bottom line.

Martha Williams works with individuals and groups seeking balance and optimal well-being. Her work draws on her training as a therapist, social worker, certified yoga teacher, and shamanic practitioner. She offers a unique blend of services to support businesses and people seeking greater vitality, health, and well-being and regularly leads classes, workshops, and presentations on these topics.

studied shamanism extensively with Dory Cote and traveled to Peru for additional instruction from the Q'ero shamans. She is a certified YogaSpirit School of Yoga teacher and also worked at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for nine years. Prior to Kripalu, Martha worked in non-profit corporations for more than 20 years.

At this breakfast event at the Portland Country Club located at 11 Foreside Road in Falmouth, MWN members can share their business literature and briefly (15 seconds) introduce themselves to the group. For members and non-members alike, this is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with 20-30 other business women.

We love having guests and prospective members! The cost to attend is $13 for members and $17 for non-members and includes a continental breakfast.

Registration and payment for this event is online only and closes at 9:00 am the Thursday prior to the breakfast. No walk-ins will be admitted and no payments at the door will be allowed. If you need to cancel your registration, you may send someone to take your place or you may cancel your registration online before registration closes. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. We appreciate your cooperation!
